Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This site collects as little as possible. There are no forms, no database, no newsletter, no cookies, no ads and no tracking across other sites. Here is everything that happens with your data, and why.

Who is responsible

Esteban Martin. The postal address is in the imprint. Questions about your data go to hello@unspunstudio.com.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Netlify processes this data on my behalf, which can include processing in the USA. I do not combine it with other data and do not use it to identify you.

Usage statistics

I count how the site is used: which pages are opened, which platform a visitor came from, which channel and platform buttons are clicked and which parts of the home page are seen. For this I use PostHog, with servers in the EU. It runs without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Visitors are not identified and no profiles are built. I use the numbers only to improve this site and to see which platform brings people here.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device beyond what your browser caches on its own.

Fonts, scripts and media

All fonts, images and the small logo animations are served from this site. The only script that comes from elsewhere is the PostHog statistics script, loaded from its EU servers. No requests go to font services or video players run by others.

Links to YouTube and Instagram

There are no embedded videos on this site, only links. Nothing is loaded from those platforms until you click a link. Once you are there, their own privacy policies apply.

Email

If you write to hello@unspunstudio.com, I use your address and your message only to answer you. I keep the conversation as long as it is needed for that, and delete it on request.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask which data about you I hold, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@unspunstudio.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country.

Changes

When the site changes in a way that affects your data, for example if a form is ever added, this page is updated first. The date at the top shows the current version.
